Dancing in Wired Nature

Dancing in Wired Nature

STRUT Dance invites Perth audiences to a striking performance piece led by renowned British choreographer Carol Brown and Danish architect, Mette Ramsgard Thomsen. Brown is known for her evocative works that merge dance with film, installation and theatre. Ten members of STRUT will perform a live installation which will be the culmination of a workshop based on Brown and Ramsgard’s collaboration SeaUnSea. SeaUnSea is a serenly beautiful interactive environment that evokes an evolving landscape. Performers play and explore, attracting and repulsing and entwining their actions within the evolving patterns of a swirling hypnotic sea.
