At PICA we recognise that we are situated within the unceded lands of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation. We pay our respects and offer our gratitude to Elders past and present, and to those emerging leaders in the community. We acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the importance of their care and continued connection to culture, community and Country.

Always was, always will be.

We are closed today. Our exhibitions are always free.

Metadance in Resonant Light

Metadance in Resonant Light

A surreal dance experience that crosses the boundary between performance and installation, Metadance in Resonant Light celebrates the architectural beauty of dance and how it translates to text, animation and sound. Perception is disturbed as the fluid and sensual motion of dancers weave through waterfalls of light.
The installation will be open to the public for viewing during the season.
