THE POLITE GENTLEMAN

SUMMER NIGHTS | 18- 22 February, 2014

CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR

When the Devil comes a calling he may be in the oddest disguise…

Don’t miss your chance to see the return of Mark Storen’s award-winning blues-infused hit about one man, stuck at the crossroads, given one tempting but terrifying offer.

Mouse wakes up with an address tattooed across his chest. He wants more and has prayed to a god he no longer believes in. His request gets diverted, enter The Polite Gentleman.

Loosely inspired by Southern Blues mythology, The Polite Gentleman is the raw and honest story of a man in midlife malaise who wants more from his mundane existence, with a Blues soundtrack from the 1920’s to today by Andrew Weir (Ssnoob, The Bosuns), directed by Adam Mitchell (When The Rain Stops Falling, Boy Gets Girl, The Motherfucker With The Hat).
