Summer Exhibitions 2020 Opening

Saturday 8 February | 5pm - 7.30pm

Join us as we both welcome and celebrate three immersive exhibitions curated in association with Perth Festival.

Immersive screen, virtual reality and gaming inspired experiences occupy the PICA galleries works with Thunderhead by Sydney-based Tina Havelock Stevens; Chalkroom by internationally renowned artist and musician Laurie Anderson and Taiwanese new media artist Hsin-Chien Huang and Hudson Valley Ruins by New York City’s Jacky Connolly.

On this exciting night, we welcome the public to join us with Tina Havelock Stevens in conversation with prominent writer and broadcaster Lauren Carroll Harris (The Guardian, Radio National) and an opening address by the Hon. David Templeman MLA, Minister for Local Government, Heritage, Culture and the Arts.
