At PICA we recognise that we are situated within the unceded lands of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation. We pay our respects and offer our gratitude to Elders past and present, and to those emerging leaders in the community. We acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the importance of their care and continued connection to culture, community and Country.

Always was, always will be.

We are open 10am–5pm. Our exhibitions are always free.

Studio Open Night August 2015

Studio Open Night August 2015

Open Studio Night is PICA’s most popular series of artist talks that connect you personally with our current studio residents. This particular group of artists’ practices combine experimental performance & drawing, sound art, and painting.
Join us as we are taken inside the studios of emerging Western Australian artists Carla Adams, Elise Reitze, Simone Johnston & Tanya Lee.

Talks begin at 6:30pm, studios open from 6pm. Elise Reitze’s studio is an immersive, one-on-one experience, so make sure you come down before the talks begin to explore her studio.
