WAAPA Dance Students

Etcetera Etcetera

Etcetera Etcetera

WAAPA is proud to present Etcetera Etcetera , a dynamic collection of short original dance works choreographed and performed by WAAPA dance students. An eclectic mix of ideas, themes and styles, these exciting new pieces will provoke, inspire, entertain and enchant. Dancers from around Australia audition to be part of WAAPA’s intensive, rewarding and highly specialised program where students have the opportunity to cross core studies in ballet and contemporary techniques. Under the guidance of teaching staff unsurpassed in Australia, choreographic pursuits and creative development are nurtured alongside more pragmatic skills, the multiple strands merging together in performance where skill and physicalised thought become an exhilarating whole.
