Our amazing Director Amy Barrett-Lennard was asked to be a part of a brand new podcast series airing on RTR FM every Wednesday. A Room of One’s Own is a series exploring questions of career, culture, class and gender with women from the worlds of art, science, sport, government, business and beyond.

The series takes its name from the Virginia Woolf essay about the need for female spaces in literature. Each episode is centred around the Proust Questionnaire, a series of questions about personality popularised by French writer Marcel Proust.

On the first episode, RTRFM presenter Kylie Sturgess speaks with Amy Barrett-Lennard and Clare Watson, the newly appointed Artistic Director of the Black Swan State Theatre Company.

Listen in on the RTR FM website to hear from two insightful women in the arts industry.
