Since 1992, the Hatched: National Graduate Show has introduced audiences to the next generation of Australian contemporary artists. This year’s exhibition brings together 21 graduates from 20 art schools across the country, presenting ambitious new work that reflects the ideas, questions and creative approaches shaping contemporary practice. 

To celebrate over three decades of Hatched, PICA is developing an anniversary exhibition. As part of this project, we’ve been diving into the archives and revisiting decades of remarkable artworks to uncover the pieces that have left a lasting impression on audiences over the years. Now, we’d love to hear from the PICA community.
