PICA’s main entrance is identifiable by three white arches with wide black gates, followed by black framed glass doors. The entrance includes both a wheelchair-accessible ramp and stair access.

On the low walls in front of the entrance, you’ll see a blue mural by Tyrown Waigana – a Wandandi Noongar and Ait Koedhal artist – called Cement Frogs the Ghost of a Swamp.  

As you walk through the front gates, there are more white arches leading to PICA’s new foyer.  
In 2024/25, PICA’s foyer was redesigned as part of an artwork commission by artist Agatha Gothe-Snape.
